The system will send a temporary password to you, if you provide a correct email address and the first name of the person
(player or user) registered with that email address. Hence, if you are a parent and are trying to access a player account,
please enter that player's first name and his/her email address. If you are a player or a club member and
you are trying to access your own account, please enter your first name and your email address.

When you click the submit button, the system will create a temporary password and email it to the provided email address.
